THE “SETI” TOWER
The peculiar “Seti” tower is 10 mt high, it stands in front of
Carmine church and
it faces over via Pergolesi. All the towers have: the lower part
slightly slanting, that is called “scarpa” (shoe); the “toro”
(bull), that is a cord not so jutting out; the shaft, that is
the whole structure of the tower; and the brackets, or upper
ornaments. |

OVEN TOWER
Along via Pergolesi, at the corner, between a
climbing arch and some chimneypots, there is the Oven Tower,
whose peculiarities are similar to the ones of other towers. |

ANNUNZIATA TOWER Always along via
Pergolesi, incorporated into the buildings around, you can see
the Annunziata mixtilinear tower, that is so called because it
stands in front of the Annunziata little church, that is now the
seat of Monte Carmelo Congregation.
Its size is the same of the closed Seti Tower, but it has some
brackets slightly jutting out of the upper wall, under the
balcony. |
